To Our Missouri Producers,
After careful consideration and a thorough analysis of our book of business we have
determined that we have been unable to attain our goals that we set out to accomplish in
Missouri. Therefore it is with much regret that I must inform you of the decision to
discontinue accepting new business in Missouri effective 12:0 1 AM, May 9,2014. In the
natural course of business, non-renewals will be issued for all currentIy active policies.
The employees of InsureMax have enjoyed working with each and everyone of you over
the past several years, and sincerely appreciates the level of commitment and trust you
and yaur agency has shown InsureMax.
